By placing an order on Relkoe, you agree to the following terms.

Products

All watches listed on our store are carefully selected and described as accurately as possible. Product images are for reference — actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Orders

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the case of stock unavailability or pricing errors, with a full refund issued.

Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan within 3–5 working days. A delivery charge of Rs. 250 applies to orders under Rs. 2,500 — orders of Rs. 2,500 and above ship free. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. Payment must be settled at the time of delivery for COD orders.

Limitation of Liability

Relkoe is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
