Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes including GST. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of order confirmation applies.
Orders
Placing an order gives you an order number. The order is confirmed when our concierge has spoken to you by phone. We may cancel an order in case of stock or pricing errors, or if we cannot reach you to confirm it.
Pre-orders
Pre-order pieces are reserved without payment and paid in cash on delivery. Dispatch dates are estimates supplied by the manufacturer.
Cash on Delivery
All orders are paid in cash on delivery. Refusing a confirmed parcel without cause may mean we ask for confirmation in person for future orders.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan; courts at Lahore have jurisdiction.
